ABOUT

Mr. Coulomb is a marine structural engineer by training, with a MSc from the Technical University Delft and a MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He started his career in oil and gas, first with topside installation work for Heerema and subsequently with Bluewater designing floating structures. Since 2006 he has been an active in offshore wind. He worked on the second offshore wind farm in the Netherlands, Q7, as a deputy foundation package manager and offshore representative. In 2009 he started as an independent. Since then, he has been involved in eight offshore wind farms, covering many phases of the lifecycle, from tendering, to design, to installation. His specialization is Primary Steel Design.
